Terms of Service

1. Platform purpose

AGREONIX is a digital hub for grain logistics. It provides tools for:

• Farmers — to list crops and find buyers/carriers.

• Carriers — to register fleets and drivers and receive orders.

• Buyers — to find grain suppliers by region and volume.

AGREONIX acts as an intermediary: we do not buy, sell or transport grain ourselves.

2. Registration and account

You confirm that the information provided at registration is true and up to date.

One user may hold one account per role (farmer / carrier / buyer). Duplicates are forbidden.

You are responsible for password security. If compromised — change the password immediately and notify us.

3. Platform conduct

It is forbidden to publish false information about crops, volumes or prices.

It is forbidden to use the platform for fraud, money laundering or sanctions circumvention.

Automated scraping of other users' data is forbidden.

It is forbidden to publish offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content.

4. Agreements between users

AGREONIX facilitates introductions but is not a party to commercial agreements between users.

All matters of quality, quantity, payment and shipment timing are resolved directly between the parties.

We recommend signed written contracts and bank transfers for transparency.

5. Liability

AGREONIX is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it stable but make no warranty of uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for the actions of other users, the quality of their goods/services or their fulfilment of agreements.

Our maximum liability to a user is in any case capped at the amount the user paid AGREONIX in the 12 months preceding the incident.

6. Intellectual property

The AGREONIX design, code, brand and name are our property. Copying them without written permission is forbidden.

Content you publish (farm description, fleet photos) remains your property. You grant AGREONIX a non-exclusive license to use it to provide the platform.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the cabinet or by writing to us.

We may suspend an account for breach of these Terms, with notice of the reason.

After deletion, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.

Disputes are resolved in courts at the AGREONIX registered office.
