AGREONIX respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, why, and who can access it. Drafted in compliance with the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
AGREONIX is a digital platform for grain logistics, connecting farmers, elevators, carriers and buyers.

2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, phone, email, message.
Farmer registration: full name, phone, email, address, company name, EDRPOU/IPN tax ID, farm data (land area, crops).
Carrier registration: full name, contacts, EDRPOU (for companies), region, address, fleet and driver data.
Technical data: IP address, User-Agent, page-visit history (via cookies and analytics services).
3. Why we use your data
Contract performance: providing platform services, processing orders, connecting counterparties.
Service improvement: behavioural analytics, bug detection, UX optimization.
Communication: replying to requests, notifying about important service changes.
Legal obligations: accounting and tax reporting.
4. Who we share data with
Other registered platform users — only the information you publicly listed in your profile (company name, region, order contacts).
Service providers powering the platform: hosting (Railway), email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics), Telegram notifications.
Government agencies — only on lawful written request.
We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for authentication, UI preferences and analytics.
Essential cookies: user session, CSRF token, locale preference — the site does not work without them.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): anonymous visit statistics. Enabled only after your consent in the banner.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing browser cookies.
6. Your rights
Obtain a copy of your data we store.
Correct inaccurate information via your cabinet or by writing to us.
Delete your account and all related data (except what we are legally required to retain).
You may lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. Data retention
Account data is kept for the entire active period + 3 years after deletion (tax and legal compliance).
Technical logs — up to 90 days.
Contact form messages — up to 12 months.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will notify all registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
