E-bill of lading (eTTN) from 2026: what changed and how to sign
Paper TTN is accepted in parallel during the transition, but eTTN is now cheaper. Step-by-step for farmer, driver and elevator.

From 1 January 2026 the eTTN is the official grain transport document. Paper forms are accepted until 31 Dec 2026 as a fallback.
Farmer setup Qualified e-signature (KEP) for the director + registration in the eTTN system. Registration is free; KEP costs 700–1500 UAH/year.
Driver setup «eTTN Driver» app for Android/iOS. Signs with KEP QR code or via Diia.
Checkpoints Loading → weights (gross/tare/net with photo) → transit (GPS tracking) → unloading (buyer signature).
